For the Employer

Technology is the great equaliser allowing
those with very little to achieve great things

In the ApprenTECHship program, our apprentices will be selected and matched with an organisation. This partnership will be a two-year agreement between (a) the Apprentice; (b) the Organisation; and (c) the Agency- Pasifika in I.T.- which will be responsible for the administration of the programme and Pastoral Care.  This agreement is designed to ensure all party interests are met and the ultimate success is realised- this being the emergence of a capable technology information worker ready to put their newfound experience and qualifications to work.

The ApprenTECHship programme focuses on three key phases with the first one being more a preparatory phase of administration of the apprentice. Following the “Preparation” phase, the next phase will take the apprentice through different environments ranging from Orientation (Induction) to Execution to Acceleration and eventually Transition through to the next phase of the apprentice’s career.

We are looking for employers to join us and be part of the future Pasifika in I.T. workforce. We are engaging with any STEM related industries so do please reach out to our team for more information- itpasifika@outlook.com
